01 / Why we exist
The work outgrew the tools.
Every finance team we met ran on the same patchwork: an accounting package, spreadsheets, the GST portal, the income-tax portal, TRACES, a DSC utility, email and a WhatsApp that never stops. Surveys of accountants find most juggle 7 to 12 tools that don't talk to each other.2
The work keeps growing: more returns, more notices, more people across the business who expect an answer at ten at night. Hiring more people is not the whole answer, and nobody should take the sign-off away from the person who carries the responsibility.
So we built one platform where AI does the reading, matching, drafting and chasing, and your finance team does what only it can: judge, advise and approve.
