• Ensure only authorized staff access your firm’s data
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Keep your account information updated

You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass security controls
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate platform features
• Misuse AI agents for non-compliance purposes
• Interfere with platform performance or availability

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Your data is handled according to:

• India’s DPDP Act (2023)
• Our Privacy Policy
• Azure’s cloud security standards

We:

• Store data in India-based Azure regions
• Encrypt data in transit and at rest
• Use Azure Front Door, Azure Gateway, and Google reCAPTCHA for protection
• Do not sell or share your data with advertisers

You retain ownership of all client and firm data.

Nootus.CA provides AI agents for automation. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs must be reviewed by qualified staff
• AI suggestions are not legal or financial advice
• You are responsible for final filings and submissions
• AI may require documents or clarifications to complete workflows

AI agents assist your firm but do not replace professional judgment.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Immediate resolution of issues

Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

We provide:

• Status updates
• Help center guidance
• Support channels for urgent issues

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay fees according to your selected plan
• Allow automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Pay applicable taxes
• Follow upgrade/downgrade rules

Non-payment may result in suspension.

All platform content, including:

• Software
• AI models
• Workflows
• Documentation
• Branding
• UI/UX

is owned by Nootus AI.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Resell
• Create derivative works

without written permission.

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy of client data
• Timely uploads
• Reviewing AI-generated drafts
• Finalizing filings
• Ensuring compliance with tax laws

Nootus.CA assists but does not guarantee compliance outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of Terms
• Misuse of platform
• Security risks
• Non-payment
• Legal requirements

You may terminate your account anytime. Upon termination, data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Nootus.CA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data uploads
• We do not guarantee outcomes of tax filings or compliance processes

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
